What are your payment policies, do you offer payment plans?
All projects payments are due in two installments, a 50% non-refundable payment is due prior to work beginning. The second half of payment is due at project completion before final files are deliver or website is launched.
All print costs are due before items are send to the printer.
Payments are invoiced and payable to an account held with Raiffeisen Bank or PayPal account.

How long does the process take?
On average you can expect website design to take 6-8 weeks and logo design to take 3-4 weeks. It may vary because each design experience is different. Please, have in mind, that your feedback and our communication is very important during this process. Project time frames vary due to client response times.

Do I need my own hosting or do you host the websites?
The domain name and hosting must be purchased and setup prior to launching your site. I can advise you few hosting providers I have good experience with and help you to purchase and setup everything necessary – for a fee.

Will I receive support after we are finished?
100%! After launching your website we will take an hour (online) meeting and I will show you how to operate your website (eshop), and I also stay in touch first weeks to check up on you.

Do you design websites on other platforms?
No, I design on the WordPress platform only.

Do you provide SEO?
In my website design package is basic SEO included. Writing for SEO is not included and I do not feel comfortable at it at all, so. recommend you to hire copywriting professional.

Do you print any marketing material for me?
Yes, if you are located in Austria or Slovakia. Other European countries may be discussed.
